Issues and Questions

Currently I'm using a Creative Commons license which does allow commercial reuse (so I can create & sell a book version). However, do I need authorization from all collaborators? Or only me (as the primary licensee)? Maybe I need to change the license? How do you license a book?

Regarding licensing and copyrights. Is an ISBN compatible with CC? Is an ISBN really necessary — from what I know, it is only required for libraries and inclusion in stores, etc. But now even Amazon is offering a self-publication option. So what's the deal with ISBNs?
