Nelso Ko presented Social Network Analysis and Visualization of Open Source Activity (featuring TikiWiki) at the Free Software and Open Source Symposium a few weeks ago. It is a very detailed look at Social Network Analysis (SNA) — visualizing the role of contributors and contributions, including how to identify "information brokers."

Additionally, there's a demo of the WikiNetNav tool that provides visualization of a social network for analysis.

The entire presentation (both slides and videos) is available on Nelson's website.

PS: The ricks99 referenced in several slides is... me :-).
