	Anne Robotti has been doing tech writing for ten years. With five children ranging in ages from seventeen to two, a husband, and a big sulky Siamese cat, she still has time to do a lot of volunteer work for the Elks, and as a Girl Scout leader, and on the executive council of the PTO. She claims an addiction to magazines and Dublin Mudslide Ice Cream. And, as is required of all tech writers everywhere, she is working on a novel. 	Sherry Steward is Managing Editor of KeyContent.org. She is currently Director of Applied Research and Life Cycle Support for a training and simulation company in Orlando, Florida. Sherry is tasked with managing speciality engineering disciplines, integrated logistics support services, technical documentation developments, and simulation and training research for military acquisitions. Sherry worked as a hardware and software technical writer assigned to military developments for 12 years before moving into technical management. Her speciality is Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals, legacy data conversion, and intelligent technical documentation. She has a Ph.D. in Texts & Technology from the University of Central Florida.
	Bill Albing is Editor-in-chief of KeyContent.org. In the last twelve years he has created key technical content for product documentation and developed documentation systems that help maintain that content for large and small companies. Bill is an XML enthusiast and implements his ideas on the job at FarPoint Technologies. Bill has edited articles for IEEE Professional Communication Society transactions.
